Lexi Reese
Co-Founder, CEO

Lexi is a visionary leader passionate about building organizations that empower people to thrive. She has nearly two decades of experience building innovative products and scaling massive businesses at American Express, Google, and Gusto. Previously an advisor at General Catalyst on the Future of Work, a candidate for U.S. Senate, a teaching fellow at HBS on inclusive leadership, Lexi is an expert on how organizations must adapt to stay competitive in the face of AI and a changing economy.

Dr. Steve Herrod
Co-Founder, Software Partner at Juxtapose Capital, Chairman

Steve is a deep technologist obsessed with building products that challenge the status quo. He's a Partner at Juxtapose and was previously a managing director at General Catalyst, serving on the boards of Corelight, Datto, Illumio, Securiti.ai, SignalFX, and several other notable startups. Prior to General Catalyst, Steve was the CTO and SVP of R&D at VMware, leading a team of more than 3,000 highly-talented engineers. Steve is an expert on best practices for incorporating AI with engineering and data teams.

Rajesh Raman
Founding Chief Technology Officer

A distinguished technologist with deep expertise in massively scalable systems. Most recently served as Distinguished Architect at Splunk and Chief Architect at SignalFx (acquired by Splunk for $1.05B), following infrastructure leadership roles at Facebook and Google. His PhD research in distributed systems from UW-Madison was recognized as one of the 20 most influential papers in high-performance computing.

An entrepreneurial product leader with extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud technologies, and observability solutions. Most recently served as Head of Observability Products Portfolio at Splunk, following leadership roles at SignalFx and Cumulus Networks (acquired by NVIDIA).
